"Touch the Body, Calm the mind, heal the spirit!"
"Healing touch is deep in my roots. I am grateful to say I have been exposed to the power of massage and bodywork my entire life. My grandmother has practiced massage therapy since I was a baby and taught me how to help heal the body and mind through massage. While studying at The Pacific Center for Awareness and Bodywork in Kauai, I learned the importance of postural alignment, injury therapy, pain relief therapy, and other modalities such as sports massage and Swedish relaxation massage. I also traveled to Thailand and Laos to study the art of Thai yoga massage. I bring together compassion and knowledge with a variety of modalities to rejuvenate and bring balance and comfort in the body. "
“Take time to do what makes your soul happy”
I graduated from MountainHeart in Crested Butte Colorado. I believe in massage and the importance of self care. Facilitating self-care in others makes my career very rewarding. To practice massage in these beautiful mountains is a dream come true for me. I have experience in many modalities including Swedish relaxation, sports massage, deep tissue, cupping therapy, hot stone, and prenatal massage and can personalize sessions to your specific needs.
"Cultivating health and happiness is key to living the best life possible. Through my intentional bodywork practice, I aim to provide an outlet where clients can sink into a deep state of relaxation and allow their bodies, minds and spirits to decompress and regain their full vitality."
